Social Media Lead

Join RYZ Labs as a Social Media Lead and contribute to the marketing success of our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a vibrant online community across various platforms. This role requires a minimum of two years of social media management experience, a strong understanding of web3, crypto, and NFTs, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with community managers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses strong writing and communication skills. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of social media management experience
• Knowledge and understanding of web3, crypto, and NFTs
• Attention to detail and strong writing and communication skills are mandatory
• Able to manage multiple projects and workflows at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. Suku is a global company with coworkers in different time zones
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the client’s mission and business objectives
• Identify key growth opportunities and set clear, measurable goals
• Tailor strategies to suit different audiences across platforms such as X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram
• Write engaging content tailored to each social media platform
• Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
• Engage with the online community across all platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally in support of the community team
• Work closely with a small group of community managers and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure cohesive messaging and support broader marketing initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design or video production skills are a plus
• Additional language skills are a plus
