Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within a local market
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Experience in community management, content creation, and influencer collaboration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, report, and act on social media metrics
  • The ability to think creatively and experiment with new ideas to drive social media growth and engagement
  • Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Meltwater, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling, on-brand content

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local social media strategy aligned with global marketing goals, catering to the US market's unique needs
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content that resonates with local audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Develop and foster an active online community, interacting with followers and using social listening tools to identify engagement opportunities
  • Define clear KPIs for social media performance, analyze campaign success, and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Drive follower growth through organic strategies and collaborations
  • Develop campaigns that encourage customers to create and share content related to the brand
