Summary

Join our team as a remote Social Media & Marketing Manager and oversee the social media presence of a growing company and its CEO. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and reporting on performance across various platforms. This role requires managing the company's and CEO's social media accounts, coordinating with designers, and developing marketing materials. You will also track engagement, provide performance reports, and collaborate with the CEO on content strategy. The position offers significant autonomy and the chance to grow within a rapidly expanding company. Success will be measured by follower growth, consistent high-quality content, and proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram accounts
  • Manage the CEO’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Coordinate content creation with local videographers and photographers to generate content for social platforms and track engagement
  • Post content 2–3 times per week on each platform, tailoring content to each audience (personal for Instagram, business for LinkedIn). Focus on the CEO’s thought leadership in commercial real estate and business mindset
  • Respond to comments, messages, and connection requests, while maintaining positive engagement across all accounts
  • Gather updates on business activities, new projects, and achievements from internal teams to create relevant posts
  • Develop content (posts, images, infographics) for social media platforms
  • Develop personalized content for the CEO’s LinkedIn profile
  • Collaborate with graphic designers or use tools like Canva to create engaging visual content
  • Schedule posts aligned with business milestones, acquisitions, and industry news
  • Ensure timely posting across all platforms
  • Track engagement and follow up with stakeholders to amplify key content
  • Monitor social media campaign performance (engagement, reach, follower growth)
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports for both the company and the CEO’s social media activity
  • Collaborate with the CEO to gather updates on professional engagements, such as deals and speaking events
  • Design print marketing material on an as-needed basis
  • Create marketing events/campaigns on an as-needed basis
  • Create sales funnels to attract investors
  • Create monthly newsletter design and templates to send to investors
  • Fully manage the company’s and the CEO’s social media presence by the end of the first month
  • Grow the CEO’s Instagram followers to 5,000 quality followers within 6 months
  • Grow the CEO’s LinkedIn followers to 10,000 quality followers within 6 months
  • Consistent, high-quality content tailored to the target audience
  • Maintain a forward-looking 90-day content plan for all platforms, updated monthly
  • Actively monitor interactions and respond promptly to maintain engagement
  • Provide weekly reports on social media performance and monthly performance analysis
  • Oversee all traditional marketing efforts for the company (e.g., periodic flyers, pamphlets)
  • Create and track the performance of online social media sales funnels
