Requirements
- Social media native. You live and breathe social platforms—creating native content, riding the algorithm, and turning scrolls into follows across every major platform
- Web3 & gaming fluency. You speak the language of digital collectors and gamers. Memecoins? Loot drops? You're already in the thread
- Community instincts. You don’t just post—you connect. You’ve got a radar for emerging voices, a knack for turning users into superfans, and the patience to build trust one reply at a time
- KOL & influencer savvy. You know how to find, onboard, and grow relationships with creators. You’ve managed ambassador programs and kept everyone aligned on goals and hype
- Strong creative chops. You’ve led or collaborated with creatives across motion, video, and design to produce standout content. You know what good looks like—and how to get it shipped
- Copy that clicks. You can write sharp, channel-native copy that informs, engages, or entertains
- Performance-driven approach. You track what works, adjust what doesn’t, and always push for better numbers and better storytelling
- Proven track record. You’ve grown social accounts, driven community engagement, and helped brands go from unknown to unavoidable
- 4+ years experience. You’ve been deep in social media roles, ideally in Web3, gaming, or internet-native brands
- Comfort with chaos (and opportunity). You thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments where no two weeks look the same—and you bring structure where it counts
Responsibilities
- Own and shape our social strategy. You’ll lead the content roadmap across X, Warpcast, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—aligning campaigns with product drops, cultural moments, and community buzz
- Craft tailored content for every platform. You’ll design channel-native strategies that hit the right tone, format, and timing—whether it’s a meme, an announcement, or a deep-dive thread
- Bring ideas to life with creative partners. You’ll work with a crew of video editors, designers, and meme artists to produce scroll-stopping content that resonates with our collector and gaming audiences
- Set and protect our brand voice. You’ll own voice and tone guidelines, making sure everything we post feels fresh, bold, and unmistakably PlayerZero
- Engage with our community in real time. You’ll monitor and respond across channels—especially X and Discord—building authentic connections and surfacing feedback that shapes what we build next
- Run social-led campaigns. From AMAs to collabs and giveaways, you’ll launch activations that grow our audience, spark conversations, and get people talking
- Grow our ambassador and KOL network. You’ll build and scale relationships with creators, power users, and influencers—managing budgets and tracking ROI on collabs
- Learn fast, optimize faster. You’ll dig into metrics, understand what’s working, and adapt quickly—always staying ahead of culture and platform shifts

- Have a strong interest in avatars and digital identity. You’re excited about how people express themselves online and how identity is evolving across digital spaces
- Have launched NFT collections. You’ve been part of bringing a collection to life—from planning and storytelling to mint day and community engagement

- Have worked in a fast-paced startup environment. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and know how to prioritize when everything is urgent
