Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) that supports brand awareness and recruitment goals
  • Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules for both the US and India teams to ensure consistent, aligned messaging
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and recruiting teams to create content that resonates with target audiences, promotes company culture, and attracts top talent
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the social media teams in the US and India, fostering collaboration, creativity, and consistent quality across all content
  • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, and oversee quality assurance on all posts
  • Oversee content creation (visuals, videos, copy) that aligns with brand identity and objectives. Occasionally contribute to content creation when needed
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce engaging, high-quality content
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize content and improve engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our strategy fresh and competitive
  • Work closely with HR to create and promote content that highlights the company culture, employee stories, and job openings
  • Engage employees in social media initiatives to amplify brand presence and make company news and events shareable
