Summary

Join NICE, a leading B2B tech brand, as their Social Media Manager and help define and execute their social media strategy. You will create engaging content, manage campaigns, collaborate with influencers, and analyze data to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment, and proven success in growing audiences and engagement. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple brand voices effectively. NICE offers a hybrid work model (NICE-FLEX) with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, along with opportunities for growth within a global company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within a shared services, agency, or multi-brand environment
  • Experience running social accounts for b2b brands
  • Demonstrable result in significant audience growth and engagement
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprout Social) to schedule, monitor, and analyze social media activities
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and their unique nuances
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to master the tone and style for our brand and audience
  • Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce visually appealing content
  • Analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with influencer collaboration and campaign management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and manage multiple brand voices effectively
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently

Responsibilities

  • Help develop the NICE social strategy with creative content and campaign ideas to drive reach, engagement and thought leadership across the B2B technology industry
  • Curate and create engaging, high-quality content, including visuals, videos, and written posts, tailored to the brand's style and audience preferences
  • Lead NICE social media and advocacy programs to grow followers, reach and engagement including social campaigns, calendar, and content strategy. Recommend ways to increase activity, coverage and traffic back to website
  • Plan and execute innovative social media campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with teams across marketing to develop social campaigns that support demand generation
  • Identify and establish partnerships with relevant social media influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility
  • Monitor key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and sentiment analysis. Generate reports which show progress and optimizations
  • Manage an active NICE social media calendar as the expert on what works well in B2B social media for posts, content types, frequency, scheduling, hashtags, etc. according to social platform algorithms, our industry, and audience preferences
  • Manage special projects as assigned such as videos, influencer community outreach, primary research, presentation development and other CXone communications activities
