Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or finance sectors
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Experience with community management and building online relationships
• Comfortable working EST hours + ad hoc community management check-ins as needed
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand voice
• Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts
• Build and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective
• Work closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and company initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
