Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally in an agency or fast-paced multi-brand environment

• Strong organizational and communication skills — able to translate strategy into action

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored, data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Define content pillars, tone of voice, posting rhythms, and growth plans for each client
• Partner with creative, paid, and client teams to align strategy with campaign and brand objectives
• Identify and brief relevant influencers and creators based on campaign and always-on needs
• Lead the strategic approach for creator content and co-branded activations
• Oversee execution, ensuring creator output aligns with brand goals and storytelling
• Lead and mentor a small team of social media professionals
• Set priorities, oversee content calendars and briefs, and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables
• Provide feedback, encourage growth, and create a collaborative team culture
