Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience
- A strong understanding of UI / UX best practices
- To determine when systems improvements are appropriate and advocate for these updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Familiarity with software training best practices and comfortable training at all levels of the organization
- The ability to communicate with different teams on a variety of topics
- A process-minded approach and ability to explain and visualize process changes
- To be highly organized
Responsibilities
- Create clear, reasonable, and inspiring solutions and requirements for software products that align with N2βs business needs
- Generate buy-in for new features among leaders and stakeholders
- Leverage design skills to create mock-ups and provide input on UI / UX for all of N2βs software
- Create concise user stories to provide Developers with clear direction on what to build
- Provide training and implementation support to the Communications team, team leaders, and users
- Consult as a stakeholder on projects to ensure software updates are user-focused and align with the software-product vision
- Prioritize features
- Coordinate projects
- Create mock-ups
- Implement training on new software updates
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders to technical requirements for the Development team and communicating these requirements through user stories
