Summary

Join Tridge, a global platform connecting suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry, as a Solution Sales professional. This remote role based in Peru focuses on engaging new clients for Tridge's platform, Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring alignment with Tridge's global commercial strategy. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a deep understanding of client needs and Tridge's platform value proposition. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of platform users, track sales performance, and provide feedback to improve product-market fit. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales
  • Fluent speaker of Spanish with an advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in or strong interest in the agri-food, platform, SaaS, or data/intelligence-driven services industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to the Tridge platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub)
  • Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with Tridge's global commercial strategy
  • Deliver consultative sales pitches based on a deep understanding of client needs and Tridge’s platform value proposition
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of platform users
  • Track and analyze sales performance and pipeline data using internal tools and CRM systems
  • Actively contribute feedback to improve product-market fit and identify business opportunities based on client insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with technology companies
  • Established relationships and network in the agro/food industry
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
