Join Clarasight's team as a Solutions Advisor to drive growth through customer acquisition, pre-sales solutions consulting, implementation management, and customer success management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proven track record in pre-sales, including leading demos and solution design sessions
  • Experience leading customer success engagements and driving value for multiple clients
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing implementation programs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to configure and analyze SaaS products for customer needs
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand Clarasight's product, value props, and competitors
  • Lead product demos for a subset of early/mid-stage prospects
  • Conduct solution design sessions for mid-stage prospects
  • Manage the implementation programs for new customers
  • Configure our SaaS product to meet the specific needs of assigned customers
  • Tell compelling stories with data, helping customers and prospects derive value from our product and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 5-7 assigned customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
