Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Eye Security as a Solutions Engineer and bridge the gap between potential clients and our cutting-edge Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. Partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, deliver compelling technical presentations, and provide expert security advice. You will guide clients through solutions, enhance their security landscapes, and manage technical responses to RFPs/RFIs. This role demands strong cybersecurity knowledge, excellent communication skills (English and German fluency), and strategic thinking. Requirements

• Proven experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of security products and the cybersecurity landscape
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German is a must
• Ability to simplify complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and on the fly

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients and at industry events
• Provide technical leadership in discussions and guide customers through solutions and security best practices
• Engage with customers to understand their security landscapes and recommend enhancements
• Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer needs and feedback
• Manage technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Stay updated with the latest in cybersecurity technologies and threats

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM)
