Remote Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Solutions Engineer in EMEA and help customers connect Glean to their most important decision-making platforms. You will work on exciting projects with future-forward organisations at the beginning of their Generative AI journeys.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• At least 2 years experience in enterprise software pre-sales and have used value-based discovery frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to help them connect Glean to their most important decision-making platforms
• Ensure that the configuration of Glean is seamless and the use cases are realised by the customer during the pre-sales cycle
• Liaise with Glean product managers and engineers to investigate issues or raise feature requests
