Summary

Join our team as an Internal Solutions Engineer and support sales reps in providing the best solutions to prospects. You will work closely with the wider PreSales org to create resources, educate the sales team on the HubSpot platform, and ensure clarity in the sales process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch languages
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, and effective communication
  • Experience with technical concepts, such as API functions and data models
  • You are a self-starter, and problem solver, willing to run your own ideas, share information and help the team upskill
  • You are open to admitting mistakes and believe that actionable feedback is a great way to grow
  • You share our HEART values

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to sales reps across all markets and segments via communication channels like Slack, Zoom, and video responses
  • Collaborate with the PreSales org to develop reusable resources and personalized assets for high-value demos
  • Create educational materials to help sales reps effectively communicate the value and functionality of the HubSpot platform to prospects
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of HubSpot to provide accurate and timely information to the sales team
