Solutions Engineer

You will play a key role in ensuring successful deployments of Proof-of-Value (POV) plans for our True Passwordless Platform, driving strong technical understanding and selling value to customers. This multifaceted role requires collaborative communication, architecture leadership, and subject matter expertise in passwordless implementation. You will manage expectations and risks during POVs, working across complex environments. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in pre-solutions engineering, authentication protocols, and enterprise sales cycles. Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in a pre-Solutions Engineering role
• Thorough communication skills and an understanding of how to sell customer value
• Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), Multi Factor Authentication, Identity Providers (Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, Okta, ForgeRock or others)
• Experience or comfort in the use and guidance of REST APIs and SDKs
• Managed complex, enterprise sale cycles as a lead Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Proof-of-Value (POV) plans intended to sell value to customers, while driving a strong technical understanding of the HYPR True Passwordless Platform
• Create innovative and practical designs that account for the end-to-end technical value of a solution, in line with the business strategy and objectives and within the context of HYPR
• Enable customer success by managing expectations and risks during the POV

Preferred Qualifications

• As this is a role may include global focus and responsibilities, you may be required to work outside of the normal working hours in your time zone to partner with other IT Services staff globally
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture including load balancing, application firewalls, SIEM, etc
• Experience or comfort with FIDO UAF and FIDO2
• Experience with Identity Access Management standards such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.0
