Requirements

• 2+ years experience in software engineering at a product driven company
• Proficiency with programming languages python, Java, C++ or similar
• Background in computer science, software engineering, or data science
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, to work in multi-functional teams as well as having a customer centric mindset
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility in a rapidly changing environment
• High level of interest in technology and supply chain management

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Kargo customers to understand their greatest problems while designing and implementing solutions using data
• Identify and automate highly manual tasks, driving ongoing improvements within and across teams
• Deploy Kargo products at customer deployments while bringing a highly technical and analytical view to solving customer challenges
• Deploy best practices and educate customers to increase adoption with a technical product
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from concept to production

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred
