Solutions Engineer

Summary

The position requires 4+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region, a strong understanding of REST APIs, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
• Natural-born troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and regulatory requirements
• Provide post-sales L2 technical support and handle complex customer escalations using tools like Datadog
• Collaborate across teams to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
• Maintain and improve technical documentation in Postman and Readme
• Develop proof of concepts and internal tools to facilitate customer integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech or blockchain sector
• Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls
• Basic coding and SQL skills
• Familiarity with privacy and security standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto ecosystems
