Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a Solution/Sales Engineering role at an Enterprise SaaS company
  • Strong technical expertise, including a deep understanding of APIs and data integration
  • Natural problem solver with exceptional communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to successfully navigate complex deal cycles
  • Own the technical requirements process, ensuring Noyo's solutions are tailored to customer needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into clear insights for stakeholders
  • Guide stakeholders through Noyo's security protocols and cybersecurity tools
  • Manage and optimize the demo environment, configuring product demonstrations to highlight Noyo's value
  • Collaborate across sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements

Benefits

  • Comprehensive total rewards program including base salary, equity, benefits, and professional development opportunities
  • On Target Earnings of $130,000-180,000 with a 70/30 split between base/variable pay
