Summary

The Solutions Engineer role involves engaging directly with clients, demonstrating product value, managing pre-sales delivery, using customer feedback for planning, and partnering with Account Management. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultative pre-sales role, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of APIs/SDKs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultative pre-sales role
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements, update documentation, and gather feedback from a variety of stakeholders
• An understanding of and experience with APIs/SDKs

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the full lifecycle of customer acquisition, from presales to implementation
• Conduct compelling value-focused demonstrations of all Pagos products
• Act as a subject matter expert on Pagos products and serve as a payments solution thought partner alongside cross-functional teams
• Manage a pre-sales delivery process, including documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Use customer feedback and data-backed insights to act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and prioritization planning
• Partner with Account Management to support expansion of product adoption with existing customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within fintech and/or payment solution
• Experience working in high-growth, venture-backed startup(s)
• Experience working in Data Analytics or data visualization platforms
