Requirements
- 5+ years total relevant experience, 2+ years experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Salesforce Admin Certification is required, minimum admin level
- Strong presentation skills, capable of leading technical demos and handling real-time customer questions
- Clear and effective communication across both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrating product value
- Competent in handling mid-level technical challenges and contributing to solutions in live customer settings
- Ability to use analytical skills to diagnose issues and provide customer-centric solutions
- Ability to answer solution related RFP questions without assistance
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to deliver technically focused demonstrations for prospective customers, particularly in the ENT sector. Showcase our solutions' capabilities effectively
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with clients to gain a deep understanding of their specific technical requirements, challenges, and existing systems. Translate client needs into technical solutions
- Customize our solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, ensuring that they align with the proposed technical solution and provide maximum value
- Work closely with the Implementation team to provide technical guidance and support during project implementation. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system integrations, and ensure seamless deployments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to health tech and ENT solutions. Share your technical expertise and insights with both internal teams and customers
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution configurations, integration guides, and troubleshooting resources
- Proactively bring in stakeholders from sales, product, and technical teams into the sales cycle to develop customer solutions.Contributing insights from customer interactions back to product teams to support product development
