Solutions Engineering Program Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution development for activities involving new partners, products and / or markets
• Lead onboarding of partners with cross functional teams
• Assist with the delivery of solutions driving process and quality improvement in support of the CCL operating model and go to market strategy
• Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for Consumer and Commercial Lending
• Participate in the development of solutions that are capable of achieving the financial and market outcomes of the CCL strategy. Solutions should focus on the delivery of financial outcomes, scalability, and compliance standards throughout the entire lending lifecycle
• Lead small teams that include SME’s from areas including technology, operations, compliance, sales, marketing, and other key Pathward areas, as well as external vendors and partners to complete the successful delivery of assignment / solutions
• Ensure results are achieved through active monitoring and management, adjusting scope/approach, and overcoming obstacles and challenges
• Manage the onboarding of new partners as well as the launch of new programs with existing partners
• Lead and cultivate productive relationships with key employees in cross functional departments and third parties; ensure their needs and capabilities are understood, and then develop and maintain optimal approaches to initiatives with their aggregate buy-in, given their differing and sometimes conflicting needs
• Work with the product team to develop requirements documents and launch plans for new products and partnerships, including the anticipation of possible roadblocks and presenting solutions proactively
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including creating internal and external presentations that effectively communicate complex solutions
• Develop and track documentation around business cases, discovery workbooks and specific partner solutions
