Requirements

  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (online or phone call) as a BDR/SDR/Sales support or similar sales-related role, carried out via phone
  • Highly motivated, tenacious and detailed oriented
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages, especially those relevant to our target markets, would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in another language is highly valued
  • Business development, customer service, or consultancy background, preferably within the Human Capital Management
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship building
  • Familiarity with alternative outreach methods, such as video and audio messaging, to effectively engage prospects
  • Very good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in data management
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • AI affinity – basic knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI systems that can help making your work more efficient

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using a variety of sources, including LinkedIn, Zoominfo, company websites, and other platforms and book conversations for sales reps
  • Contacts and Accounts Research: work closely with the research team to identify and prioritize prospects who align with our ICPs and have a higher likelihood of converting
  • Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and a set of questions to ensure our service meets their needs
  • Outreach: launch campaigns to contact key decision makers and decision influencers through various channels (including email, phone calls, social media, and personalized messages) to get their attention for our Global Expansion Services
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant and valuable information about our services. Understand their key challenges and future projects in order to address their business needs with GoGlobal
  • Collaborative Support: Be a trusted member of the GoGlobal team, aligning with Marketing and working closely with the International Sales Team to provide support in achieving team goals all around the globe, in multiple time zones, regions and countries
  • Proactive Skills Demonstration: Take the initiative to showcase your skills and capabilities by suggesting innovative outreach strategies, creating personalized videos, audios, or other alternative outreach methods to capture the attention of prospects
  • Data Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect and lead information in the CRM system. Keep track of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings set, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates
