Summary

The Sr. Director of Product and Brand Marketing will shape and drive the brand strategy, lead marketing campaigns, collaborate with senior leadership, manage product launches, and inspire a team. A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and 10-12 years’ experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s overall brand strategy
• Oversee the brand’s creative identity, including visual, written and experiential elements
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build excitement among customers
• Plan the market launch of new products and manage cross-functional implementation
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other internal stakeholders to develop communication strategies
• Evaluate industry trends, competitors, and standards
• Field brand and product research, understand customer needs and preferences
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners on key brand initiatives
• Manage the brand marketing budget
• Inspire and lead a team of brand marketing, product marketing and creative talent
