  • Proven ability to bridge Growth & Retention Marketing teams’ performance to optimize profit-focused KPIs impacting company’s bottom-line metrics
  • Strong financial acumen and with deep experience in forecasting budgets/sales at channel and inventory levels

Responsibilities

  • Budget & Media Mix Management
  • Lead the Growth/Acquisition Marketing team
  • Creative storyteller who knows how to use customer insights and product knowledge
  • Lead the Retention/CRM Marketing team
  • Passionate and skilled at turning transactional data into meaningful customer cohorts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Own the evaluation and ongoing maximization of value/ROI we derive from each Growth & CRM platform and vendors
  • A passionate and thoughtful manager to team members
