The role involves creating content, managing SEO activities, analytics, sales enablement, product positioning, brand management, customer relations, market intelligence, field marketing, and more. The candidate should have 7+ years of marketing experience, prior experience with cybersecurity, relevant degree, and proven success in a senior marketing role.
Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Prior experience with cybersecurity is a MUST
- Relevant BA/BS degree
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a success track record of developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
- Experience managing up, across an executive team, and a small team
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Extensive experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot a plus) and marketing automation solutions
- Deep understanding of how to optimize the infrastructure, workflows, and analytics
- Expert understanding of the lead-to-sales funnel and demand generation
- Quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI; exceptional analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with Account-based Marketing
- Stellar written and oral communication skills
- Experience in website design and content development; Google Analytics
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
Responsibilities
- Development, implementation and coordination of marketing programs
- Developing and executing comprehensive, integrated demand generation campaigns
- Creating and deploying graphics, layouts, and other design elements for all print and digital collateral
- Managing company events such as conferences, networking events, and webinars for our sales and executive staff
- Development and deployment of analytics that provides insights and trends for data-driven planning
- Collaboration with the Sales Team, Executive team, and Company to bring the BlackCloak Platform to the market
- Sales Enablement: Empowering the sales team with tools, resources and insights necessary for success
- Content Development: Overseeing the creation of compelling content across various platforms
- Demand Generation: Developing and implementing strategies to drive lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Strategic Leadership: Developing, implementing and executing the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the companyβs business objectives
- Product Positioning and Messaging: Directing and refining product positions
- Brand management and Press Strategy: Overseeing brand consistency and developing a press strategy
- Customer Relations: Cultivating relationships with our potential customers
- Market Intelligence: Harnessing market insights to inform and refine the marketing strategy
- Field Marketing: Leading field marketing initiatives, coordinating events and other on-the ground activities
