Remote Sr. ERP Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Project Manager at Long View, responsible for implementing Dynamics ERP solutions in Calgary. The role requires 10+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with a focus on large-scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations. Integrated ERP Deployment experience with Microsoft D365, AX, or CRM is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $106,400 - $148,000 per year, plus 15% variable earnings.

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations

• Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects

Responsibilities

• Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
• Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
• Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
• Leverage expertise to support the go live dates identified for the project
• Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
• Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
• Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
• Communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
• Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
