Sr. Recruiting Partner

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Recruiting Partner on a consulting basis. Conduct intake sessions, source talent, qualify candidates, present qualified candidates to hiring teams, develop and maintain relationships, and close negotiations. Ideal candidate should have executive level recruiting experience, exceptional sourcing skills, headhunting or staffing experience, a confident personality, great persuasion skills, high organization skills, be a team player, and have experience with the Predictive Index (PI).

Requirements

• Executive level recruiting experience
• Exceptional sourcing skills, utilizing customized Boolean searches. Sourcing experience in LinkedIn Recruiter required
• Highly organized, and able to manage many high priority tasks at once
• A team player who is willing to step in and support other roles if needed to support the business

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-take sessions directly with client Regional General Manager and COO to build hiring strategies
• Source active and passive talent utilizing a variety of sourcing platforms
• Qualify and conduct pre-screening Predictive Index (PI) assessments and interviews with candidates
• Present a list of qualified candidates with recommendations to interview the top 2 -3 candidates, and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
• Close negotiation with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure the offer is mutually beneficial

Preferred Qualifications

• Headhunting or Staffing experience preferred
• Confident personality and great persuasion skills, to provide a consultative approach to the Sr Leadership team
• Experience with the Predictive Index (PI) highly desired

Benefits

• $40 - $60 an hour
• Paid bi-weekly
