Requirements

• High level of English and Spanish fluency
• Experience in the tasks mentioned in projects related to channels, transformation or evolution programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies
• Technical background
• Experience in banking is essential

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and design of new commercial processes around requirement definition, information collection, and consistent documentation methodologies
• Facilitate sessions for commercial requirement collection with key stakeholders and subject matter experts, developing high-level and detailed commercial requirements as needed to support process improvements, systems, or applications
• Develop clear and concise functional requirements for technical developers, free of ambiguity to minimize rework and errors. Recognize business needs and implications of change, and formulate alternative solutions to meet commercial requirements
• Develop Functional Specifications for system improvements that meet commercial requirements
• Consult and work closely with technical team members to ensure all requirements have been addressed accurately, and support the technical team during design and development activities
• Coordinate updates of supporting documentation (such as training procedures and processing) as part of the software development lifecycle
• Participate in the development of test plans, change tests, and review of results
• Participate in quality management reviews as indicated in the project work plan, and in reviews of designs, prototypes, and other project work products to ensure they meet requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge or experience in wealth management products is a plus
