Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on B2B performance marketing
  • Strong and current knowledge of paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and one or more BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management (e.g., Google Tag Manager)
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics and how to interpret them across the prospect funnel
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and distilling findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other performance platforms
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma
  • Identify trends, outliers, and optimization opportunities through channel-level and cross-channel analysis
  • Collaborate with channel managers and creative teams to A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Measure and communicate the incremental impact of paid media spend, including lift analyses, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution insights
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, LTV, and CAC, and make recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Assist in budget allocation decisions across channels based on performance data and business goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Cybersecurity is preferred but not required
