Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably selling software or SaaS solutions
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technology and the e-commerce industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Well-established network in the local market
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals in a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a focus on delivering top-tier customer service
  • Ability to adapt, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-growing company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation abilities
  • Effective time management and a positive, driven attitude toward sales

Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition with a focus on revenue growth (commission-based)
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for the Australia region, including price negotiations and closing deals
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to penetrate key prospects in the e-commerce vertical, targeting C-level clients
  • Utilize internal resources such as sales engineers, professional services, marketing, and customer support to maximize client engagement
  • Conduct business needs analyses to identify opportunities and demonstrate why our CDP solution is best positioned to address these needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM records for reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Engage with clients through webinars, calls, and face-to-face meetings to build relationships and close business
  • Prepare high-quality client briefs and proposals while working independently to drive success
  • Take initiative and demonstrate leadership to grow the business in the Australia region
