Requirements
- 5+ Years of Experience: Proven expertise in managing partnerships and business development with a track record of building high-value relationships in HCM and related technology sectors
- Revenue Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strategic Problem Solving: Ability to align business goals and influence outcomes through strategic and creative thinking
- Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple partnerships and projects
- Senior-Level Relationship Management: Experience handling a portfolio of accounts with executive and senior leadership relationships
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven track record of building strong relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- HR Technology Knowledge: Established network and understanding of the HR technology and background screening sectors
Responsibilities
- Optimize Existing Partnerships: Develop and implement revenue growth plans for assigned partners, prioritizing new business opportunities
- Develop New Channel Partnerships: Identify and onboard new partners aligned with Accurate’s key verticals and target market. Drive revenue growth for both Accurate and our partners through collaborative alliances
- Create an Alliance Strategy: Define the value each prioritized partner brings to customer acquisition, retention, and expansion within our customer base
- Collaborate with Marketing: Partner closely with the marketing team to support broader partner strategies and achieve shared objectives
- Deliver Business Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance assessments of partner operations, focusing on key metrics and outcomes
- Manage Pipeline and Metrics: Monitor and report on partner performance and efficiency within the sales pipeline
- Lead Opportunity-Level Collaboration: Work with sales teams and partners on opportunities with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth and secure new business
- Drive Cross-Functional Decision-Making: Quickly analyze information and make critical decisions to enhance program ROI and operational efficiency

- Experience with HealthCare in HR Tech

- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $120,400
- This position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan
