Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire art production process, including scheduling, prioritizing tasks, giving feedback, and tracking progress
• Maintain clear communication within the art team and with relevant stakeholders to establish realistic production deadlines and resource allocation
• Conduct market research to benchmark competition, stay updated on industry trends and best practices, inform creative direction, and enhance output
• Lead the structuring and framework of processes by implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the art production pipeline
• Troubleshoot and resolve art-related issues in collaboration with the team
