Join Fingerprint as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Director to lead high-value, multi-million-dollar deals with global enterprise companies. This role requires a consultative sales leader with deep understanding of complex enterprise sales, strategic account planning, and MEDDICC methodology. You will develop and execute long-term account strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing a book of business, implementing account planning strategies, supporting pipeline generation, using data and reporting for business review, managing quarterly forecasts, leading complex deal negotiations, using MEDDPICC to de-risk deals, building executive relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, presenting business cases, developing industry expertise, and driving thought leadership. The ideal candidate possesses 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, success in closing multi-million-dollar SaaS contracts, expertise in MEDDPICC, strong executive presence, experience managing global accounts, and exceptional strategic thinking skills. A background in AI, cybersecurity, or related fields is preferred. The base salary range is $175,000 - $210,000 + Variable.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong focus on strategic selling, including value selling methodologies
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar, multi-year SaaS contracts
- Expert in or MEDDPICC, with a proven ability to manage risk in complex deals
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-level decision-makers
- Experience managing global accounts and large buying groups
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise adoption
Responsibilities
- Comfortable managing a book of business, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts
- Skilled in implementing account planning strategies and running regular deal reviews to drive engagement across large enterprise accounts
- Familiar with supporting the teamβs pipeline generation efforts including running regular team PG days, managing outbound cadences, supporting marketing-driven ABM programs
- Uses detailed data and reporting to continuously review the health and success of their business including pipeline metrics, opportunity aging reports, deal qualification criteria
- Understands how to manage a quarterly forecast and hold the team accountable to forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage ratios
- Lead complex deal negotiations involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams
- Use MEDDPICC to de-risk deals, improve win rates, and drive accurate forecasting
- Build strong executive relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption and retention
- Present business cases and ROI models to justify investment in our solutions
- Develop deep industry expertise to anticipate market trends and customer needs
- Drive thought leadership by participating in key industry events and conferences
Preferred Qualifications
Background in AI, cybersecurity, identity, analytics, or infrastructure SaaS is highly preferred
