Strategic Operations Business Analyst

Summary

Join Keller Postman as a Strategic Operations Business Analyst to support seamless business operations within the Medical Records team. Collaborate with stakeholders to document processes, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage IT enhancement requests. Gather and analyze business requirements, test enhancements, generate Salesforce and Sigma reports, and perform various tasks to support firm objectives. This remote position requires Central Time adherence or willingness to work Central Time hours. Compensation includes a base salary of $90,000-$110,000, a discretionary bonus, and benefits. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in documenting processes, creating SOPs in Lucid Charts (or similar), and managing requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT and business stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and features
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar industry

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT to identify, prioritize, and manage system enhancement requests
• Document enhancement requests in Azure Dev Ops
• Develop clear and concise documentation for enhancement requests, including business requirements and technical specifications
• Analyze and document current business processes
• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and use cases
• Design, generate, and analyze reports using Salesforce and Sigma to support decision-making and performance tracking
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist in the development of training materials for new technologies and processes and conduct user training sessions as needed
• Support project management activities including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of business process modeling tools is a plus
• Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, Lucid Charts, and Azure Dev Ops preferred
