Summary
Join Palo Alto Networks as a Strategic Enablement Manager and drive high-impact training and enablement initiatives for key partners. You will design and deliver learning experiences aligned with partner go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with the MSSP partner program, channel sales teams, and the Learning & Enablement organization to create scalable enablement experiences. Responsibilities include developing enablement programs, building partner relationships, gathering requirements, designing learning portals, curating course catalogs, coordinating training events, identifying enablement gaps, defining KPIs, and championing certification efforts. This role requires 5+ years of experience in enablement, strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of security technologies. Requirements
- 5+ years in enablement, including hands-on experience designing, building, and delivering partner-focused learning programs
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with enablement tools and Learning Management Systems

Responsibilities
- Develop and launch scalable, high-impact enablement programs tailored to strategic MSSP partners
- Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to advise on enablement strategies aligned to business needs
- Gather requirements and translate them into actionable enablement plans and custom project roadmaps
- Design and maintain security learning portals and resources that are easy to access and drive value
- Curate and organize course catalogs by sourcing content across internal teams
- Coordinate logistics for training events and measure program success
- Identify enablement gaps and collaborate with internal training teams to address them
- Define KPIs and analyze performance data to inform program improvement
- Champion certification and credentialing efforts to boost partner engagement
Preferred Qualifications
