You will help large health systems integrate our whole-person care technology platform with Epic. This role blends technical expertise, sales strategy, and enterprise expansion, leveraging your deep EHR knowledge to accelerate adoption and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with health system leadership, conduct technical demonstrations, and develop integration strategies. You will bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams, ensuring seamless transitions. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Epic partner manager, or in Epic implementations, technical consulting, or EHR sales engineering
- Deep understanding of Epic's interoperability, workflow optimization, and enterprise-level integrations
- Proven ability to articulate technical solutions in a business-friendly way to executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting health IT sales teams with pre-sales expertise, RFPs, and customer-facing engagements
- Strong knowledge of US-based health care, population health, and operational priorities within traditional health systems
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across sales, product, and implementation teams to drive deal success
Responsibilities
- Partner with the enterprise sales team as the Epic technical SME, helping shape sales strategy and address customer concerns around EHR integration
- Serve as the point of contact for Epic relationship management; building partnering motions to maximize Epic opportunities
- Lead Epic-based integration implementations, workflow optimizations, and interoperability strategies to maximize enterprise adoption and platform utilization
- Work closely with health system CIOs, CMOs, and IT leadership to align our platform with their strategic priorities and regulatory requirements
- Conduct technical product demonstrations, workshops, and deep-dive sessions tailored to the needs of conventional health systems
- Bridge the gap between sales, product, and implementation teams, ensuring seamless handoff from pre-sales discussions to enterprise adoption
- Advise health systems on optimization strategies for our technology integrated to their existing Epic investment to accelerate whole-person care transformation
- Develop customized Epic playbooks and integration roadmaps, ensuring rapid adoption with minimal operational disruption
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to enhance our platform’s Epic connectivity capabilities
- Translate Epic configuration, workflows, and interoperability into scalable growth strategies that drive provider and patient engagement
- Support RFPs, proposals, and strategic sales initiatives, ensuring technical credibility and alignment with customer objectives
- Stay ahead of Epic’s evolving landscape, proactively advising both internal teams and customers on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and interoperability advancements
- Influence long-term account expansion by positioning our platform as a mission-critical component of a health system’s Epic ecosystem
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, navigating Epic’s evolving landscape to drive long-term platform engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Certifications (Ambulatory, MyChart, Care Everywhere, or other relevant modules)
- Deep understanding of whole-person care models, and health system transformation trends
- Knowledge of other large enterprise EHRs like Meditech, Oracle Health, NextGen Healthcare etc
- Experience integrating Epic with emerging healthcare technologies, AI-driven solutions, and patient engagement platforms
- Background in health IT consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or growth strategy roles within a tech platform
- Process improvement expertise (Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies)
