Requirements

  • A BA in Business Management or a related discipline
  • Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the SMB lending space, with a strong network of contacts
  • 10+ years of experience working directly with strategic partners across the United States
  • A track record of significant achievements in partnership network management and business growth
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, adept at evaluating partner and client potential
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to new challenges
  • High energy and dedication, crucial for driving our ambitious expansion plans
  • Experience in managing CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to effectively monitor partner relationships and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and enhance partnership initiatives that align with Mulligan Funding's business objectives, with a primary focus on driving lead flow to the sales team
  • Cultivate and deepen relationships with strategic partners, leveraging these partnerships to generate high-quality leads for our direct sales channel
  • Execute targeted recruitment strategies to onboard high-performing strategic partners who are committed to delivering quality leads
  • Help implement incentive programs designed to motivate and reward strategic partners for contributing to lead generation efforts
  • Consistently achieve or exceed targets related to partnership-driven lead generation, contributing to overall revenue growth and client base expansion
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to partnership performance, using data-driven insights to optimize partnership strategies and outcomes
