Strategic Sourcing Senior Lead

Summary

Join Xplor's Finance team as a Strategic IT Sourcing - Senior Lead and provide expertise and support to five business verticals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to overcome obstacles and enable them to focus on helping teams reach their full potential. This role reports to the VP of Global Procurement and requires a highly analytical, proactive, and organized problem-solver with strong communication and business partnering skills. Responsibilities include managing the Procure to Pay system, creating spend data analysis, driving cost reduction, managing supplier engagements, maintaining savings opportunity funnels and trackers, and ensuring compliance with Xplor policies and standards. The ideal candidate possesses advanced technology sourcing skills, strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, and exceptional commercial acumen. • Advanced skillset in technology sourcing to identify spend savings opportunities and manage from sourcing through implementation is key
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the Procure to Pay system with the AP team
• Creating and reporting spend data analysis
• Driving cost out while ensuring Xplor is sourced to support / grow business
• Managing supplier engagements - concept through execution; (scope, RFP, negotiations, supplier awarding, contract execution, supplier migration / implementation)
• Maintaining a funnel of savings opportunities. Identifies and tracks opportunities, documents sourcing priorities and roadmap of sourcing activities
• Maintaining a savings achievement tracker (in sync with finance for forecasting)
• Reporting: KPIs, preferred supplier adoption, exception reporting & business partner reporting
• Complying with Xplor policy and standards: Terms and Conditions (payment terms, break clauses, engage legal for Xplor standard wording, disclosures, engages legal, business partner inputs, proper contact approvals, Procurement policy, etc
• Ensuring contracts and commercial agreements are being followed and recorded in Xplor contract repository
