The salary range is $69,000-$119,000, with additional compensation possibilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the IT or government contracting sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly cleared candidates for federal contracts
  • Familiarity with labor laws and government contracting regulations, including OFCCP compliance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while also being a collaborative team player
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel up 20-25% of the year
