Requirements

• Background: Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 1+ years gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area
• Excellent English & German language skills
• Exceptional analytical and experience with data analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Conduct regular business reviews for key stakeholders to assess customer performance on metrics like volume, new use adoption, and buyer repayment behavior
• Onboard new customers and proactively identify customer challenges, developing solutions to improve our product offering
• Analyze data sets and customer feedback to identify trends and new opportunities
• Improve processes to ensure faster turnaround times and reduced operational loads for the team and end customers
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects and work closely with one of our founders
