Requirements

• 4+ years in consulting, banking, or fast growing start-up
• Data-driven and highly analytical
• Previous experience directly manipulating spreadsheets, Looker or comparable data visualization tools
• Grit, creativity, flexibility, and ability to operate with unknowns to get things done
• Process-oriented - You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy building scalable operational processes
• Strong interpersonal skills. You are able to build and manage strong relationships with the team and cross-functional colleagues

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic data analyses and draw actionable insights
• Act as a thought partner to optimize Sword’s business and operations
• Find technology-driven opportunities for process improvement
• Handle reporting of key performance indicators
• Work with leaders of virtually all functions within the company to remove roadblocks and foster collaboration among teams
