Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience (5-10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role
  • Ad Industry-specific experience or engagement-driven monetization tools experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the business line leaders to set and achieve business goals
  • Lead the optimization of processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
  • Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for operational departments
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff
  • Build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration and accountability
  • Manage talent acquisition, retention, and professional development initiatives
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Prepare and present operational performance reports to stakeholders
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., BD, Finance, Marketing) to support organizational objectives
  • Drive alignment between operational functions and business strategies
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
