Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience (5-10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role
- Ad Industry-specific experience or engagement-driven monetization tools experience
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms)
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with the business line leaders to set and achieve business goals
- Lead the optimization of processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for operational departments
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff
- Build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration and accountability
- Manage talent acquisition, retention, and professional development initiatives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to stakeholders
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., BD, Finance, Marketing) to support organizational objectives
- Drive alignment between operational functions and business strategies
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
