Requirements

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
  • Be a highly driven person who likes to operate with high autonomy and ownership
  • Have a willingness to get your hands dirty to make an initiative successful and have a strong bias for action
  • Be capable of operating in ambiguity, creating structure, and handling various aspects of project management and operational challenges
  • Be able to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making but also balance out analysis paralysis v/s outcomes
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Be a strong relationship builder
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s degree (in business administration, engineering, finance, or economics-related fields)

Responsibilities

  • Drive and own critical initiatives end to end, from concept to strategy to execution to scale up
  • Define the strategy for the initiative, potential impact, success metrics and go/no go
  • Be a key strategic thought partner to the Head of Operations, Head of R&D, and other senior leaders
  • Define execution plans with key milestones and success metrics – including MVPs and scaleups – with close cross-functional coordination
  • Engage with GTM, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations stakeholders to align project objectives, secure necessary resources, and drive project success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have 4+ years of operating experience at a high-growth startup, preferably at the intersection of technology and operations
  • Have experience with scale growth operations - setting up new channels (across digital & physical) of user acquisition and optimizing marketing spend
  • Have experience in planning, leading & driving end-to-end initiatives
  • Have experience with basic data analytics - SQL, Python, Excel
  • Have experience working with one or more of the following functions - Product, Engineering, Analytics / Data Science, or Operations
