Responsibilities

  • Utilize demand forecasting models for new and returning customers, ensuring accurate projections that inform staffing decisions
  • Work closely with business partners to formulate a staffing plan that maximizes clinic growth and profitability
  • Collaborate across departments to develop staffing and scheduling strategies for the successful launch of new Pet Care Centers
  • Analyze patient management system to ensure data accuracy and maximize clinic efficiency
  • Analyze components of the P&L that include but are not limited to average pet transaction, utilization, compliance, and payroll
  • Leverage Looker and spreadsheet tools to build robust business intelligence reports and models. Generate insights and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall business performance
  • Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to track key business metrics
