Responsibilities
- Utilize demand forecasting models for new and returning customers, ensuring accurate projections that inform staffing decisions
- Work closely with business partners to formulate a staffing plan that maximizes clinic growth and profitability
- Collaborate across departments to develop staffing and scheduling strategies for the successful launch of new Pet Care Centers
- Analyze patient management system to ensure data accuracy and maximize clinic efficiency
- Analyze components of the P&L that include but are not limited to average pet transaction, utilization, compliance, and payroll
- Leverage Looker and spreadsheet tools to build robust business intelligence reports and models. Generate insights and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall business performance
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to track key business metrics
