Requirements

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Background in top tier management consulting, private equity or venture capital
• Structured and highly analytical mindset
• Experience in strategy setting and operational improvement projects
• Proficient in Excel, with strong skills in scenario-modeling
• Proven experience in value-driving program or project management

Responsibilities

• Craft country-specific and international strategies
• Drive the creation of comprehensive annual and quarterly business plans (OKRs)
• Support local teams to set quarterly OKRs
• Spearhead high-priority, value-creating projects across different geographies
• Identify and share best practices, and incorporate benchmarking to elevate performance
• Refine the operational KPI tree
• Define and implement value-oriented controlling and steering reports
