Requirements

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Background in top tier management consulting, private equity or venture capital, and strong background in an international business context
• Structured and highly analytical mindset
• Experience in strategy setting and operational improvement projects
• Proficiency in Excel, with strong skills in scenario-modeling
• Proven experience in value-driving program or project management

Responsibilities

• Craft country-specific and international strategies, working closely with local and product teams
• Drive the creation of comprehensive annual and quarterly business plans (OKRs) that align with our ambitious goals and market realities
• Support local teams to set quarterly OKRs, ensuring plans translate into impactful actions and measurable outcomes
• Spearhead high-priority, value-creating projects across different geographies, driving initiatives that make a tangible impact on our business
• Identify and share best practices, and incorporate benchmarking to elevate performance across the board
• Refine operational KPI tree, ensuring we're not just hitting targets but aiming at the right ones
• Define and implement value-oriented controlling and steering reports, creating insights that guide decision-making and keep us on the path to sustainable growth
