Summary

Join Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, as an Operations Manager in the People team. You will lead the development and refinement of key processes driving talent density, from goal-setting frameworks to performance reviews. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing effectively at an operational level
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the building and refining of key processes that drive talent density
  • Set up seamless goal-setting frameworks
  • Streamline performance reviews
  • Ensure that our systems are not only efficient but also scalable as we grow
  • Continuously look for ways to optimize every step of the process, working closely with the leadership team to get things done
  • Dig into performance data to uncover insights, spot trends, and identify areas for improvement
  • Refine our performance management systems, ensuring they support employee development and company growth
  • Develop and track performance-related KPIs, making sure that the right metrics are in place to measure progress and success across the business
  • Work closely with the Chief People Officer on a range of initiatives
  • Contribute to larger org design projects
  • Help to implement new systems across the People function
  • Take on key projects that support broader business objectives
  • Ensure that the people operations side of the business is efficient, scalable, and aligned with our long-term vision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to high-growth startup or fintech environments
  • Ops experience at a larger more established tech org
  • Process engineering experience
