Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• 1+ years of related experience in primary research, strategy consulting, or market research, with a proven ability to gather insights from industry experts and business owners
• Proficiency in using research tools and methodologies
• Strong business acumen and general interest in consulting across various industries
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative business data
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complete deliverables on schedule
• Self starter, able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive primary source research, including one-on-one interviews and telephone out-bounding, gathering a variety of qualitative business data in order to provide key insights to stakeholders
• Take detailed notes during interviews to ensure thorough documentation of insights
• Analyze primary research data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities and translate these findings into actionable insights
• Conduct ongoing internal and external client updates on progress of research findings
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to incorporate research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations that support client strategy development
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance the quality of proposals and research scripts

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree a plus, but not required
