Summary

Join our Customer Experience Team at Monograph as a Subscriptions Specialist to drive customer retention and expansion by supporting various facets of our accounts management.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in EST or CST timezone
  • 3 years+ experience in SaAS sales or account management, with exposure to upselling and cross-selling
  • Goal oriented mindset, backed by a solid project management capabilities
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Renewal Management: You’ll prioritize timely customer communications for subscriptions that are due to renewal, answering questions about pricing, tier options and tracking the outcome
  • Plan Conversions: You’ll execute against marketing campaigns to encourage customers to switch fro monthly to annual plans. Using personalized messages and offers based on customer segmentation and account notes
  • Cancellations: You’ll be responsible for tracking notes from customers on cancellations to anticipate and highlight trends
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Support: You’ll support the Subscriptions Manager with retention related projects as needed
