Join our Customer Experience Team at Monograph as a Subscriptions Specialist to drive customer retention and expansion by supporting various facets of our accounts management.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in EST or CST timezone
- 3 years+ experience in SaAS sales or account management, with exposure to upselling and cross-selling
- Goal oriented mindset, backed by a solid project management capabilities
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Renewal Management: Youβll prioritize timely customer communications for subscriptions that are due to renewal, answering questions about pricing, tier options and tracking the outcome
- Plan Conversions: Youβll execute against marketing campaigns to encourage customers to switch fro monthly to annual plans. Using personalized messages and offers based on customer segmentation and account notes
- Cancellations: Youβll be responsible for tracking notes from customers on cancellations to anticipate and highlight trends
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Support: Youβll support the Subscriptions Manager with retention related projects as needed
