Supply Account Manager, Remote - Spain

Summary

The job is a remote position in Europe for a candidate with 1-5 years of experience in account management within the B2B travel/hospitality sector. The role involves analyzing competitiveness of suppliers, maintaining relationships, improving commercial conditions, and supporting internal processes. Requirements

• Ideally, 1-5 years in account management working with B2B travel/hospitality companies, bedbanks and/or OTA's
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word)
• Competence in API technology deals
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Native Spanish and Advanced English, other languages is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the competitiveness of suppliers of the hotel inventory
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with our current suppliers
• Holding regular meetings and calls with suppliers
• Improving commercial and payment conditions with suppliers
• Supporting the Customer Support team and suppliers in organization of the internal processes by incidents resolution (overbookings/kick-outs)
• Interaction with the technical department to improve the vendor integration API in order to increase supplier’ sales
• Business trips 1–2 times per year
